    A built-in Sub-Zero sits in custom millwork. Our protocol — booties on, drop cloths down, methodical extraction — has been refined over 12 years of Bay Area built-ins, and we carry $1M general liability insurance for the unlikely case anything goes wrong.

  • Why $99 for the service call?

    It pays for a senior tech's time on-site to diagnose your unit and write a fixed quote. If you approve any repair, it's free — the $99 is credited in full. If you decide not to proceed, the $99 covers the visit. No surprises either way.

  • Do you carry OEM Sub-Zero parts?

    OEM parts for most common Bay Area Sub-Zero faults ride on our trucks. The remainder (sealed-system components, model-specific control boards) we source from Sub-Zero distribution — usually within a day or two.

  • Do you service my Sub-Zero model?

    Built-in BI-36, BI-42, BI-48 (all variants), Pro 48, Classic 700 / 700TR, 700-series integrated columns, undercounter wine coolers, and outdoor units. If it's a Sub-Zero (or Wolf/Cove), we've worked on it.
