How much does Sub-Zero repair cost?
You approve a written fixed quote before any work. The $99 diagnostic is credited to any repair you approve. One symptom can have several causes at very different prices, so we never quote blind.
How fast can you come?
Often same-day, 8 AM to 10 PM, 7 days a week. Enter your ZIP above to confirm an arrival window.
What's covered under the 180-day warranty?
Both parts and labor, for a full 180 days. Most providers cover just 30 to 90. If the same fault returns, we fix it free.
Are you affiliated with Sub-Zero Group, Inc.?
No. We're an independent provider, not affiliated with or authorized by Sub-Zero Group, Inc. We work only on Sub-Zero, Wolf and Cove, always with genuine OEM parts.
Could you damage my cabinetry?
Your Sub-Zero sits in custom millwork, so we protect it: booties on, drop cloths down, careful extraction. Backed by $1M liability insurance.
What certifications and licenses do you carry?
Every senior tech is EPA Section 608 certified (federally required for sealed refrigeration), plus business license #19111730 and $1M general liability.
